The 'Free Ryloth movement' was a resistance movement lead by the the Twi’leks on Ryloth. Vader not only killed the leaders of the movement but also the prisoners that were taken. That included women and children.
He aided the Empire in exploiting hundred of planets and races, stripping them of their resources. They blocked the food routes of the planets that were less cooperative, starving most of the population to death and turning thriving societies into wastelands. Lothal and Vulpter, the planet were I was built, are massively polluted and covered in waste and factories.
Even Vader's own tropes are scared of him, he is xenophobic and the endorser of a fanatical dictatorship. Oh, not to mention they apparently keep buildings Giant Death Rays weapons to wipe off planets in a matter of seconds.
The other Sith is the emperor himself, so yes. It's safe to assume Vader did that.
The Twi'lek had always been a race that value their freedom and never afraid to fight for what it's right. One of the most important Generals in the Rebellion is a Twi'lek, her name is Hera Syndulla. We wouldn't be what we are without her and her team.

You have to make decisions, and not often easy ones. You have to trust in the Force and let it guide you.

Being Force-sensitive alone doesn't make you a Jedi. Neither does it make you a Sith. There are plenty of species that refuse to have their Force-sensitive younglings trained as Jedi. Maybe you can learn to be a Force user through a different mentor. But that still doesn't make you a Jedi.
These rules you don't understand? They're part of actually being a Jedi. The Sith don't follow them, naturally. They have their own rules. And I assume a non-aligned Force user doesn't follow them either.
As for what the Force wants... Well.
